Training Course & Product Refund Policy

Saint Benedicts Beauty & Lash Academy

By booking a training course or purchasing products from Saint Benedicts Beauty & Lash Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Course Bookings

All training courses must be booked in advance. A place on a course is only secured once payment has been received in full or a non-refundable deposit has been paid.

Training spaces are strictly limited to ensure high-quality learning and individual attention.

2. Non-Refundable Course Payments

Due to the preparation required for each course, limited training spaces, and the allocation of training kits and materials, all course payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Once a booking has been made, your training space is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

3. Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course date, you may request to transfer your booking to a future date subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice must be provided before the course date.

• Each course booking may only be transferred once.

• The new training date must be taken within 3 months of the original booking date.

Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the training fee being forfeited.

4. Failure to Attend

If a student fails to attend their scheduled course without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.

5. Course Cancellation by the Academy

In the unlikely event that Saint Benedicts Beauty & Lash Academy must cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, trainer unavailability, or events outside our control), students will be offered:

• A transfer to the next available course date, or

• A full refund of the course fee.

6. Training Kits & Materials

Where training kits, manuals, or materials are included with a course, these are prepared in advance and allocated to the student. As a result, training kits and course materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

7. Product Purchases

For hygiene and safety reasons within the beauty industry, all products, lash supplies, training kits, and professional tools purchased from Saint Benedicts Beauty & Lash Academy are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lash extensions

• Adhesives and liquids

• Beauty tools and equipment

• Training kits

• Professional supplies

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photographic evidence so that we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a course or product, you agree to contact Saint Benedicts Beauty & Lash Academy directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Saint Benedicts Beauty & Lash Academy Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
